Service Definitions

Onsite Support, by delivery of service/s, physically occurring at the location of the customer to complete task/s.

Remote Support, by delivery of service/s, remotely, usually over the internet through the use of Remote Access Software of which may be required to be installed on customers’ computer hardware to complete task/s.

Telephone Support, to provide customer, with immediate information, counselling and or support by request received by means of phone call.

Email Support, to provide customer, with immediate information, counselling and or support by request received by an email.
